Services
We provide digital solutions including software development, e-commerce store setup, product design, branding, and marketing. All projects are governed by a written service agreement that defines deliverables, timelines, and payments.
Payments
- Payments must be made through our verified payment channels (Stripe, Airwallex, or bank transfer).
- Invoices are due as per the signed agreement.
- Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact details at all times.
- Submit required KYC documentation before service engagement begins.
- Ensure timely communication for smooth project execution and delivery.
Consent to Communications
By engaging our services, you consent to receive:
- SMS messages related to project updates, billing, and authentication.
- Email communication including contracts, invoices, and marketing (with opt-out option).
- Phone calls for verification and support purposes.
You may opt out of marketing emails or SMS at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions. Transactional messages cannot be opted out of.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all final deliverables belong to the client.
- PrimeEdge Supply Inc. retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, or templates used in development.
Compliance & Restrictions
- We do not provide services to prohibited jurisdictions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), or high-risk industries.
- All transactions must comply with U.S. AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism) regulations.
Limitation of Liability
PrimeEdge Supply Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a contract with written notice if obligations are materially breached and not remedied within a reasonable period. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
